Hey, Cardinals! Coach Becker, Coach Richter, and Coach Eicholz asked us to share this message with our wonderful community:
What an incredible journey this season has been! Coach Becker, Coach Richter and Coach Eicholz are beyond proud of our girls for their hard work, resilience, and determination, which led them to a District Championship, Sectional, and Quarter final play. Their dedication to each other and the game has been inspiring, and they have truly earned every bit of success.
We couldn’t have done it without the unwavering support of our parents, school staff, and the entire community. Your encouragement, sacrifices, and belief in our team have meant the world to us. From the long nights in the gym to the loud cheers in the stands, you have been with us every step of the way.
We also want to congratulate Blanche Halbert, Emeri Perkins, Jazmyn Hurd, and Hannah Turnbough for being chosen for the all-district team.
Thank you for being part of this journey. We are proud to represent such an incredible community. Go, Lady Cardinals! 🔴🏀

Hey, Cardinals! If your student is in 3rd/4th Grade Wrestling Camp, this message from Mr. Hagerty is for you:
"Due to the forecasted weather, it has been determined that today's after-school practices and activities must conclude by 4:30 PM. A half hour would not give us enough time to get much of anything accomplished today. Mrs. Richter and I agree that we need to just cancel our wrestling camp today. Please plan for your wrestler to follow their normal after-school routine. Thank you for letting me work with them these two days!" - Mr. Hagerty

Hey, Cardinals! Check out Steelville's events for this week!

Hey, Cardinals! This post is concerning after school practices and activities for today, Friday, March 14th. Due to the uncertainty of the incoming weather, we are going to have all practices and activities end by 4:30 PM today. This will allow us to get practices in while still allowing everyone to get home safely before the storm. Thank you, and have a wonderful Pi(e) Day!

Mookie sure is looking stylish today! A sweet parent made him a cute vest! We hope these photos of him sporting his new vest with some of his SMS friends brightens your Friday!

SHS Foreign Language Club traveled to the Sheldon Concert Hall this morning to see the “Latin Art & Dance Experience Flamenco show” ! Students enjoyed a hands-on interactive experience with the dancers on stage. What a fun day of cultural learning!
